He spent years mastering software architecture, enterprise systems, and cloud solutions, gaining hands on experience in building reliable and scalable technology. As his expertise grew, so did his vision. He moved into technical leadership and strategic management, helping businesses transform their technology and operations. This path led him to Vietnam, Myanmar, and Hong Kong, where he founded and managed technology-driven companies, delivering high-performance software solutions to businesses worldwide.

But Tom’s passion goes beyond building software. He is also a speaker and content creator, sharing insights on software development, digital transformation, AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Through conferences, forums, and platforms like YouTube and TikTok, he inspires young developers, IT professionals, and business leaders to leverage technology for growth.
